Terms and Conditions for Maplelea Girls PHOTO CONTEST 2010
- By submitting the photos, the entrant warrants that they are the owner of the work, or have been granted permission by the owner of the work, and are not in violation of the rights of anyone else, including copyright and personal privacy rights.
- The entrant also warrants that permission has been granted by all identifiable people in the photo for the photo to be submitted under the terms and conditions of the contest.
- Only those whose photos are accepted will be contacted. We thank everyone for submitting their contributions.
- To be considered, photos must be received by July 5, 2010, 11:59 pm.
- Photos must be submitted through the on-line submission process. We are unable to accept photos by mail or email.
- Each person may submit up to five photos.
- Photos must be in jpg or GIF format to be able to upload. Other formats are not acceptable.
- One $50 Gift Certificate will be sent to each contest entrant whose photo is selected as a winner. The Gift Certificate may be used for any merchandise available on www.maplelea.com or in the current catalogue.
- Winning photos will be published in the Maplelea Girls catalogue which will be available about September or October 2010. Winning photos may also be used for other advertising and promotional purposes by Avonlea Traditions Inc. such as on the website or in advertisements. Once a photo has been selected as a winner, the photo may be used an unlimited number of times by Avonlea Traditions Inc. in perpetuity.
